In Kenya, many young people from rural areas are migrating to cities in search of new opportunities. Many of them consider farming as something older people do.

But a Kenyan TV reality show called Don’t Lose the Plot is hoping to change that perception. The show pits four young adults, who know little about farming — in a contest to see who can grow the best crops with the highest yields.
